The cutest 90s floral blouse to brighten the mood in these cold winter months! This semi-sheer blouse looks so cute with a bralette. The ruffles are to die for, and the elastic at the cuffs allow you to go for a 3/4 sleeve if you wish. This is a button up blouse. There are no tags attached to indicate a brand, material or size. There was a repair done at one of the button holes to secure the fabric. There was a repair done at the cuffs as well, to turn in a frayed edge. These repairs are hardly noticeable and do not detract from the wearability of the garment.
