This is without a doubt the most beautiful, ruffled, puffy sleeved bit of history I’ve EVER come across. The cotton is perfect! You can tell this piece was loved and cared for by someone who understood its value. This ruffled eyelet cotton blouse is the blouse all the other puff sleeve blouses envy. It is in excellent condition. There are no tags attached to indicate a brand or size. I would guess it was made in the early 80s. It is adorable with vintage jeans btw…
