The Flying Trapeze Floral Sun Dress is a love story between an antique crochet neckline, and a 90s vintage cotton skirt! I sourced both pieces separately and sewed them together with love and care. I must say, she turned out to be a goddess of a dress! This light airy dress is perfect for the summer months. The straps tie at the shoulders, and the crochet has a beautiful dainty honeycomb like pattern with elastic sewn in to create gathering at the top. The muted colours in the cotton fabric provide a subtle dreamy summer vibe. And of course, it looks incredible belted! It is unlined (I am wearing a slip in the photos), and does not have pockets. The skirt was made by In Style, is 100% cotton and was made in India. It is in good vintage condition.
