This one of a kind set was created from rescued vintage fabric. Vintage hot pink velvet ribbons tie the balloon cami up at the shoulders. The shorts are fully lined and have side pockets. The top is unlined. The top and hemline of the balloon top, as well as the waist of the shorts are elastic. The fabric is in very good condition and is very soft. The fabric does not have tags attached but it feels like a very soft cotton.
