This skirt low key reminds me of a Betsy Johnson design. It is sheer, and has a black base with vibrant fall florals throughout. The shorts I have on are not attached, so this would be ideal for layering over a black dress or skirt, to wear with shorts or a slip, or hey just your skivvies! There is no brand or material tag attached. It is marked size small, and feels like a synthetic. It is in very good condition. The elastic has relaxed a bit over time, but it still does the job. Add this unique fall garden to your styling rotation!
